If you are unsatisfied with a product for any reason, you must contact Abbie Cakes no later than twenty-four (24) hours following delivery or pick-up. Abbie Cakes may require that the product be returned to Abbie Cakes or that you send photographic images or other documentation of the basis of your dissatisfaction with the product before we process a credit or refund.
Abbie Cakes does prepare items that are Gluten-Intolerant Friendly and/or Vegan-Friendly. We do caution our clients that all of our products are prepared in one kitchen with allergens that are present.
